These cosy twilight experiences are designed for the slower seasons — think warmth, stillness, deep relaxation and nervous-system reset.
What to Expect
4:30–6:30pm | Spa session (inclusive of showering / changing)
Full use of our spa facilities. Robe, towel, fluffy socks & sliders included.
6:30–7:30pm | Indoor Guided Sound Bath
A deeply calming sound experience to restore balance and melt away tension.
7:30–8:00pm | Unwind & Chill
Gentle relaxation time with a hot drink before heading home refreshed.

💷 Pricing & Payment Terms
Total Cost: £95 per person
• £25 non-refundable deposit payable at booking
• Remaining balance of £70 payable to The Farmhouse Sanctuary
Once your deposit is paid, The Farmhouse Sanctuary will contact you (or you may contact them 02392 597751 opt 1) to arrange payment of the remaining balance.

Any remaining balances not paid 1 week prior to your session will result in forfeiture of your booking and deposit.

• Strictly 18 years and over
• Maximum of 15 guests per session
• No refunds or transfers available
• Please arrive on time to ensure a prompt Sound Bath start
Not suitable for attendees with:
– Sound-induced epilepsy
– Pacemaker fitted
– First trimester of pregnancy
– Severe mental illness
– Within 12 weeks of surgery
