What is the Treat card scheme?

 Our Treat card scheme is a loyalty rewards program designed to say thank you to our clients. Every time you visit us and scan your Treat card at checkout, you earn points redeemable for complimentary treatments.

How does it work?

Join for Free Sign up at reception or with your therapist/spa host to receive your Treat card.

Earn Points Every Visit. For every treatment, spa session or product you purchase, you earn Treat card points… for example: £1 spent = 1 point.

Redeem Your Points

Accumulate points and redeem them for selected free treatments from our Treat Menu tailored to you.

Note: this must be booked alongside a full-priced standard menu appointment and does not include upgrades alone.

Terms and conditions:

Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.

The treat card must be booked alongside a paying appointment; it cannot be used in conjunction with only upgrades.

Treats are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

Treat cards cannot be shared with another person

Cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.

The treat card must be presented at the appointment/time of the retail purchase to receive points, and points cannot be backdated.

If the physical Treat card fob is lost, a replacement fob can be purchased for a small fee.
